Cancellation Policy
Billionaire’s Barbershop – Booking Policy At Billionaire’s Barbershop, we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for every client. To ensure smooth operations and respect for our barbers’ time, all clients must adhere to the following booking policies: ⏰ Punctuality Clients are expected to arrive **on time** for their scheduled appointment. * A **grace period of 5–10 minutes** may be allowed at the barber’s discretion. * Clients arriving late may need to **reschedule** and may forfeit their deposit. 💳 Deposits & Payments * A **deposit is required** to secure all appointments. * Deposits are applied toward the total service cost. 🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling * Clients may **cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before** their appointment and receive a **full refund of their deposit**. * Cancellations made **within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment** will result in **loss of deposit**. * **No credits will be issued** for missed or late cancellations. 🚫 No-Shows * Clients who do not show up for their appointment will **forfeit their deposit**. * Repeat no-shows may result in **restricted booking privileges**. 🔁 Rebooking Policy * A new deposit is required for all future bookings after a cancellation or no-show. * Deposits are **non-transferable** between appointments. 👨👩👧👦 Shop Environment Billionaire’s Barbershop maintains a Family-friendly, professional environment. * Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. * Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior will result in **refusal of service without refund**. ⚠️ Service Satisfaction If you have any concerns with your service, please notify management **before leaving the shop** so we can address it immediately. 📌 Agreement to Terms By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all shop policies and procedures.
